What: Revised Change Name Guidelines
Recipe: Change Name Item (From the Item Mall)

Guidelines:
1. The only allowed special character is - or known as a minus sign
2. You must leave the guild before making a change name request
3. Maximum of 10 characters/letters
4. Strictly no space
5. Change Name coupon/s must be in the character's inventory
6. The new IGN will be subject to review
7. A Ticket must be created via Help Desk (https://help.world-tantra.com/open.php)

Please refer to the attached screenshot for the required number of Change Name coupons depending on the scenarios.

Effective December 2023, the requests will be processed at the end of each month. This means the ticket will remain on hold until the scheduled processing date.
